Things happen, and we know it is frustrating when you paid for something that has defects. We want to be as efficient as possible because getting your satisfaction is our #1 priority. By doing so, we need your help too. Please read the following when you want to return or exchange an order that you placed. We urge you to review this document carefully. Thank you. We inspect every return thoroughly upon receipt. All Returns will be carefully inspected upon arrival in accordance with our inspection criteria and a decision will be made if eligibility requirements are met for replacement, credit, exchange or repair. Please be aware that returned packages may take up to 7 business days from the time we received your return. Damaged or Scratched phones will not be accepted for returns.
Manufacture Warranty After 7 days of delivery, you must contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty. For your convenience, we can give you the contact information of the manufacture. Extended Warranty We offer extended warranty on our phones through Squaretrade. You can either buy the warranty directly from them or through us. You can get more info on their site http://www.squaretrade.com Returning a defective item. We will accept defective exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We may give you a refund, fix the product and send it back, ship a replacement product, or issue store credit. Non-Defective returns There will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns that are non-defective. Such returns will be for store credit or refund at AddictedtoPhones’ sole discretion within 7 days of delivery. Delivery Cost Shipping and handling fees can not be refunded.
We will thoroughly test and inspect all items that are returned back to us. In the event of any discrepancy, AddictoPhones will document the returned merchandise and contact the buyer immediately. We will reject the following packages: - Items which are improperly packaged.
- Packages returned in counterfeit labels.
- Standard certification labels removed from the merchandise, like HEX ID, DEC ID, IMEI number, etc…
- Merchandise not returned in the same original container.
- Items with Serial number which does not match serial number on invoice. We keep track all serial numbers as items are scanned at time of the departure.
- Physical Damage: Any part of the item that is torn, punctured, cracked, dented, scratched, or defacement.
- Also, products that are loose, damaged or screws removed.
- Software alteration.
- Purchased after 14 days
- Internal Damage: I.E.- Water damage
Step 1, check your package Make sure all returned merchandise is in original packaging. Do not leave out anything. All packaging includes user manual, software, digital media, warranty card, and other accessories and documents that came with the package and everything must be included as provided by the manufacture. A restocking fee of 15% of the current price of the merchandise may be applied for return(s) that does not include every component that came with the package. For returns that are improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged, it will be refused by addictedtophones and therefore, addcitedtophones’ return policy will not be honored. When this happens, we will photograph the package and keep it in our records. Actions will be taken at addictedtophones’ sole discretion. Step 2, contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can either call or email us to get the number. We will refuse any returned items which does not come with an RMA number. RMA number will expire after 7 days. STEP 3: SHIP AND INSURE YOUR RETURN We highly recommend that you use a reputable carrier to return your package. Fully insure the merchandise is always a plus. It is for your own protection. Make sure the package can be tracked by your carrier. We are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from us will be paid by you, the customer and is non-refundable. We will reimburse shipping fees related to the defective products. - Any accessorie(s) missing.
- Software has been opened.
- The phone does not get service in your area- you are solely responsible to know whether the phone will work in your area.
- network dependent features do not work, i.e.- MMS, SMS, Picture messaging, internet browsing, voice mail feature etc.
PLEASE READ! If you return a package that does not meet the requirements stated on this page, we will send you a list of why your package is denied.
