Delivery
- We can not ship our products PO Box, and APO/FPO Addresses.
- For orders $250 and over, the shipping address has to be the same as the billing address. By doing so, it helps both you and us in case of a fraudulent charge to your account.
- For international orders, contact us either via email or phone.
- Your credit card will be charged when you place an order
- Where an incorrect address has been given to Addicted to Phones with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
- All orders over $75 will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for FREE! You will also be able to select your desired shipping methods when placing your order, fees vary.
- For orders under $75, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail for $5.95 to anywhere in the US or other FedEx shipping methods, fees vary.
- Canadian customers will be responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes.
- We are located in San Gabriel, CA feel free to pick up your order if you like. Contact us first when you do so.
- Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
- We will not be responsible for lost packages.

- We always take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
Pricing
- While we take every measure to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed before we ship out the order. Customers will then have the opportunity to cancel the order.
- If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order.
- Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available, customers will be informed of the change and we will offer the customer the opportunity to cancel the order or match the price.
- AddictedtoPhones will honor requests for credits on price drops that occur within 5 working days of the original invoice date. Price drops beyond this date will not be matched.
Business Customers
- If you are a business customer or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
A special note about children's privacy
- You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this site. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 13 years of age. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at SUPPORT@ADDICTEDTOPHONES.COM so that we may delete the child's information.
