All orders over $75 will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for FREE! You will also be able to select your desired shipping methods when placing your order, fees vary. For orders under $75, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail for $5.95 to anywhere in the US or other FedEx shipping methods, fees vary. For orders $250 and over, the shipping address has to be the same as the billing address. By doing so, it helps both you and us in case of a fraudulent charge. For international orders, we partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply add the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. If an item is not in stock, we will ship what is in stock and back-order the rest. As soon as it becomes available, we will ship the back-ordered items at no extra shipping charge. Since our company is based in San Gabriel, California state law requires us to charge tax to orders from California residents. Sales tax will be 9.75% 14. When is my credit card actually billed? Your credit card will be billed when you place your order. 15. General information on unlocked phones. Cingular, T-Mobile and other GSM providers can support "Unlocked GSM phones" There are four GSM frequencies: 850, 900, 1800, and 1900. Different geographical regions use different GSM frequencies. Contact your service provider to ensure frequency compatibility. The phone might not work properly in some areas. The phone will be ready to use when the SIM card is inserted. Internet and messaging options, however, are carrier-specific and must be set up with your service provider. 16. What are your hours of operation? Customer service hours are available from 8am - 6pm Monday through Saturday. Orders placed online can also be done 24x7. Our warehouse operation is closed on Sunday. 17.
